3–7 business days (metro areas)
5–10 business days (regional or rural areas)
P.O. Box deliveries? No worries — those are sent via Australia Post only.

Our international deliveries are primarily handled by:

Shipping method is chosen based on your location, delivery speed, and best value for money.
Tracking is provided for all international orders. Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, customs, and local services.
Shipping Costs
Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
You’ll always see the full shipping price before payment.
We don’t overcharge or add surprise fees — just what it costs to ship!
Local Delivery & Pickup
If you’re local to the Gold Coast or surrounds, you can select:
Flat Rate Local Delivery: $10 within 25km of Upper Coomera
Free Pickup: Available by arrangement. We’ll be in touch to organise a time.
Fulfilment & Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within:
3 business days for orders of less than 100 products
Up to 7–10 business days for larger or bulk orders
Rush orders are available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.
Because every item is custom-made, we don’t hold stock. Production starts once your order is confirmed (and artwork is approved!).

As soon as your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
These are determined by your country’s import regulations and are outside of our control.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay customs fees:
You’ll be contacted to arrange redelivery (additional postage charges may apply)
Refunds for shipping costs will not be provided for failed deliveries
