👋 Who We Are
Hey, I’m Toni — owner, designer, quality-control freak, and the woman behind QLD Custom Merchandise.
I started QCM because I was sick of seeing small businesses and local customers get priced out of quality merchandise. Why should you have to order 20 items when you only need 1? Why should the “big guys” get all the perks?
So, I built QCM for you — the side hustler, the club organiser, the small biz owner who wants great gear without the BS.
Yes, I still love a big company order (who doesn’t!), but my heart is always with the little guy.
I’ve made it my mission to make high-quality merchandise affordable, easy to order, and genuinely enjoyable.
Robbie – My Sales Manager, and is also my father and biggest supporter. Robbie is passionate about QCM and loves talking to everyone he meets about my business.
Poppy – My CEO, she is a Chihuahua x Australia Silky Terrier and is nearly 14 years old. She likes to sleep on the job and will always beg for a treat when she’s awake. She understands the long nights I do, and happily sleeps in her designated bed with the occasional toilet run needed.
