1. Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to registered Australian businesses and approved international resellers.

  • Australian Wholesalers: Must hold a valid ABN and complete the wholesale registration form for approval.
  • International Wholesalers: Do not require an ABN but must apply through International Registration. This ensures compliance with international trading rules and correct currency display.

All wholesale applications are reviewed and approved manually. QCM reserves the right to decline or revoke wholesale access at any time for false information, misuse, or breach of terms.


2. Currency & International Orders

  • All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • A currency converter is available for international customers, showing approximate exchange rates for convenience. However, all transactions are processed in AUD, and your financial institution may apply its own conversion fees or charges.
  • International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, customs fees, or tariffs imposed by their country. QCM accepts no liability for delays, confiscation, or additional costs incurred through international customs processes.
  • Freight costs for international orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

3. Pricing

All wholesale prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change without notice and applies at the time of order placement only.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.


4. Ordering & Payment

There is no minimum order requirement for wholesale purchases.
Full payment is required at checkout unless the customer holds an approved Trade Account (available for Australian clients only).

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Direct Bank Transfer (Australia only)
  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • (Future options: Afterpay, Klarna, Zip Pay — subject to approval and integration)

Orders are not entered into production until both payment and artwork approval have been received.


5. Turnaround Times

Production begins once artwork is approved and payment received.

During busy periods, QCM will communicate any expected delays in advance. Expedited production may be available upon request, subject to scheduling capacity and potential rush fees.


6. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Local (Gold Coast, QLD)

  • Pickup: Free of charge from QCM’s Gold Coast location.
  • Drop-Off: Flat $5 fee within the Gold Coast region (Beenleigh to Tweed Heads).

Australia-wide & International

  • Freight/postage is added at checkout based on weight and dimensions of the order.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or approved courier services.
  • Tracking details will be provided where available.
  • QCM is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance times, or taxes imposed by other countries.

Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once goods are handed to the courier.


7. Order Map & Location Display

By placing an order with QLD Custom Merchandise, you acknowledge and consent that your town or city name (not your full address) may be featured on our interactive global order map once your order has been successfully delivered.

This feature is for display and community engagement purposes only — no personal or identifiable information beyond the delivery town/city and country will ever be shown or shared.


8. Artwork & Approval

All artwork must be reviewed and signed off by the customer prior to production.
By approving artwork, the customer confirms that design details, spelling, colours, placement, and sizing are correct.
QCM is not responsible for:

  • Errors found after approval,
  • Colour variations due to screen-to-print differences,
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork provided by the customer.

9. Product Photography & Promotion

QLD Custom Merchandise reserves the right to photograph, video, or digitally display completed custom products for use in marketing, social media, website galleries, or promotional materials.

These images are used strictly to showcase product quality and design capability — client names, logos, or identifying details will only be displayed with prior consent if they are part of the artwork itself.

If you prefer your order not be featured, please notify us in writing at the time of purchase.


10. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All products are custom-made to order. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are only provided in the case of faulty workmanship or damaged items.

Conditions:

  • Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • QCM reserves the right to inspect or request the return of faulty items before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds are not available for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect artwork approval
    • Errors in customer-supplied files
    • Colour or scale variations outside QCM’s control

11. Freight Damage

If your order arrives with damage to the contents (not the outer box or packaging), please notify QCM within 48 hours of delivery.
QCM will lodge an official investigation with Australia Post or the applicable courier service.

  • Claims submitted outside this 48-hour window cannot be accepted.
  • Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged contents and packaging label to assist in the claim process.
  • Replacement or compensation outcomes depend on the freight carrier’s investigation results.

12. Intellectual Property

Customers must hold legal rights and permissions for any artwork, logos, or designs supplied.
QCM accepts no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied materials.
All QCM product designs, templates, and promotional materials remain the property of QCM and may not be reproduced or modified without written consent.


13. Account Suspension & Termination

QCM may suspend or terminate a wholesale account immediately if:

  • Invoices remain unpaid,
  • Account privileges are misused or shared, or
  • Conduct is unprofessional, fraudulent, or breaches these Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding amounts become immediately payable.
Reinstatement is at QCM’s sole discretion.


14. Limitation of Liability

QCM’s total liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion.
QCM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including:

  • Business interruption
  • Lost profits or sales
  • Delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or third parties beyond QCM’s control.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

In the event of any dispute:

  1. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith within 14 days of written notice.
  2. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to mediation under the rules of the Queensland Law Society.
  3. If mediation fails, either party may commence proceedings in the relevant Queensland court or tribunal.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between QCM and the customer and supersede all prior communications or understandings.
No variation or waiver of these Terms will be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
